I absolutely love this place; it's just not possible to find the authentic pastry textures, especially in Brooklyn. Their tarts and éclairs are SPOT on. Their coffee is amazing, always fresh. Croissants tasted only a tiny bit stale; not the usual flakey mess you expect, but it could just be US ingredients because the flavor was on it. Pain au Chocolats were awesome, would recommend.
